Il Mirto

The Mirto B&B is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of Viareggio, a short distance from the sea and the pine forest, and only 1 km from the central station. You will have access to a large parking lot always available in front of the property. The two rooms, located on the first floor, are air-conditioned and equipped with a balcony. They can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people with the addition of extra beds. Additionally, they are equipped with a refrigerator and TV. Each room has a recently renovated private external bathroom. Room 2 has an adjacent bathroom, while for Room 1 the bathroom is located on the ground floor. All necessary soaps and a hairdryer are provided. You can exclusively use the kitchen, with access to the completely fenced backyard garden. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, and barbecue. The cost is 10 euros per day or 50 euros per week (to be requested at the time of booking and subject to availability). We have an agreement with a beach establishment, which has a bar/restaurant. It is located in a central area of the promenade and offers an umbrella and two sun loungers at a cost of 10 euros per day. You can return to the B&B at any time of day or night, without having to pass through the reception. Linen and cleaning are always included in the price. Additionally, we offer free wifi connection.
